Unregistered Residents According to the Venetia Villas Condominium bi-laws, anyone who wishes to live or reside in Venetia Villas Condominium must apply and register as an active resident prior to moving in.  There is a resident approval process and application fee per family and a separate fee for any other individual who moves in after the initial move in date ($160).  All fees are non-refundable.  There is a fine associated with each resident who does not comply with  Venetia Villas Condominium's bi-laws which can result in an eviction process.       ___________________________________________________________________ De acuerdo a las reglas de Venetia Villas,cualquier individuo que quiera residir en ...

Parking Pass Hours The days and hours to obtain Parking Passes are from Monday through Friday from 2PM to 6PM.  We are closed on weekends and during holidays.  If your parking pass expires during off hours and/or holidays, please look for parking off property as your vehicle will be towed at your expense.  Please be mindful of these hours and plan accordingly when requesting a Parking Pass.  Parking is limited and is available on a first come first serve basis.    ___________________________________________________________________ Los dias y horas para obtener pases de parqueo son Lunes a Viernes de 2PM a 6PM.
